This yummy omelet is made by simply adding some cut up swiss chard (maybe 4-5 leaves) and then arranging a few zucchini flowers. I used 3 eggs in this one.
My mom made this for us and I find it to be tasty and so pretty too! Another idea for your zucchini flowers!
