Balsamic baked onions & Potatoes with Roast Pork.
Just making this absolutely GORGEOUS dish was worth the money for the book (Jamie at Home)
If you have the book, try it and you will LOVE it. The potatoes roasted up soooo good and soft on the inside. To make the gravy you use the sticky goodness from the pan that the pork left behind. Just swirled some wine and Presto. Honestly I really love this one! Thank you Jamie!!
